Sunrise and the Syndicom union had agreed on this in their negotiations, wrote the second largest telecom group in Switzerland in a communiqué on Monday. This is intended to cushion the additional burden of inflation. Because Sunrise normally follows a performance-oriented and individual approach to regular salary increases.
All employees who are subject to the GAV will receive a 2.6 percent increase in salary from April. “In addition, around 0.2 percent will be available flexibly for extraordinary wage increases in 2023,” explained Sunrise boss André Krause.
For all other employees who are not subject to the collective employment contract, a budget of 2 percent is provided as part of the regular salary increases for individual, performance-related salary adjustments and around 0.2 percent for extraordinary salary increases.
