The highest rents are currently paid in Zurich at 3,070 francs for a 4.5-room apartment, followed by Zug at 2,840 and St. Moritz at 2,640 francs, as an analysis by the “Handelzeitung” shows.

All rents advertised on all relevant platforms in German-speaking Switzerland were examined for the study.
