Tiramisu is a popular dessert and it’s really easy to make. And because it’s so fine, you’ll be happy to look up another portion. Unfortunately, tiramisu is the enemy of every diet, but we don’t want to do without the delicious dessert classic. That’s why we’ve prepared a lighter version. Our Ricotta Tiramisu is a delicate, beautifully linear dish. Sweet and light as a feather, without alcohol and any other flavors. Just soft biscuit, deep coffee notes and – well: a little sugar.
Tips for an even easier version:
– Mixes ricotta with quark. In terms of taste, this variant does not come close to the original, but it tastes refreshing and is not too heavy on the stomach.
– You can use stevia or erythritol instead of sugar.
