Under unfortunate circumstances, a 14-year-old boy fell down a rock face on Sunday afternoon at the southern foot of the Jura. According to media reports, the young person was traveling with a friend in the Ramsflue area in Erlinsbach AG. How exactly the accident happened is unclear.
As Bernhard Graser, spokesman for the cantonal police in Aargau, says on request, several witnesses were present at the time of the accident. These are currently being questioned in order to clarify the course of the accident. According to Graser, there is no third party.

After an intensive search, the boy was found in rocky terrain in the early evening. However, any help came too late for him: he died at the scene of the accident.
