Campaign causes a stir: 100-kilo Emmental rolls to Winterthur

In order to make the original Emmental better known again in Switzerland, Jumi master cheesemaker Christoph Glauser and his team roll the cheese from his production facility in Zäziwil in the Emmental to his sales location in Winterthur, Zurich.
