2420 sixth graders passed the central entrance examination (ZAP) for the long high school this year, as the education department announced on Friday. 4752 students took the exam. The percentage of successful exam graduates rose from 48.4 to 50.9 percent compared to the previous year.
The success rate for the exam for the short high school also increased. 1582 young people out of 3754 passed the exam. That is 42.1 percent of those examined. In the previous year it was 37.6 percent.
In the current school year, more students passed the probationary period than in the previous year in both the long and short Gymnasium. In the long Gymnasium, their share has risen to 91.5 percent, in the short Gymnasium to 87.9 percent. (SDA)
