When neighbors called the police, T. ran away. He was later arrested. Because, according to the public prosecutor’s office, “there was no longer any risk of collusion”, T. was released after three months. Later he is said to have approached other women. That’s why he’s been in prison since 2019.
He faces ten years in prison. Here Enzo T. is led into court(00:30)
Alleged victim of Boswil does not appear in court
The 25-page indictment states that a gun and a knife were said to have been involved in Boswil. T. is said to have used violence on the victim and sometimes held it in the sex practices.

Girlfriend met naked boyfriend and naked prostitute
Then the ex spoke of T. She, too, is said to have become a victim of assault. He also threw objects at her. In Boswil she came home from work. They found a mess and they were both naked. The woman said exhausted: “Luckily you’re there!” T. said: “Honey, she stole from me!” Then the woman countered: “I was raped!”
T. locked himself in the toilet with the woman and wanted her money. This screamed. “Then he came out and ran away,” said the ex. The woman then told her what happened. Among other things, her T. said “I love you, mi amor!” during sex. said.
Enzo T.: “We had consensual sex”
T.’s third victim has died. T. met the fourth victim in a clinic in 2017. She received cocaine from him and he asked her to have sex in return. It was “no relationship”. It was always more like “rape”.
T. said in court that he was fine so far. He does not accept the women’s allegations – not even in the Boswil case. “We had consensual sex,” T said. He muttered something to himself about the gun and the knife. The only argument was about money. He only wants to have had a fight with his ex.
The public prosecutor wants T. a ten-year prison sentence and an inpatient measure. Enzo T.’s defense attorney said to Blick that he demanded acquittals “for serious allegations”.
It is still unclear when the court will announce the verdict.
