“No words of condemnation can stop the Russian army,” Kuleba said Thursday before a UN Security Council meeting in New York. “The best way to stop Putin is to deliver arms to Ukraine,” he warned, referring to Russian President Vladimir Putin. This demand is the topic of every conversation he leads at the UN deliberations in New York.
“Justice is also a weapon,” Kuleba said, “and it’s important that we use it to the fullest.” Russia must be held accountable for its actions. If this is not possible before the International Criminal Court for legal reasons, a special tribunal must be set up, he demanded.
