At the beginning of December, the cantonal employment office (OCE) ordered that the company comply with the federal law on job placement and personnel leasing (AVG). In mid-January, it then announced the cessation of MITC Mobility’s activities in a letter, as a company spokesman confirmed to Keystone-SDA on Tuesday evening a report by radio and television RTS in western Switzerland.
MITC Mobility boss Karim Sahnine explained that this model is not flexible enough. The company appealed to the cantonal court and received super-provisional measures that allow it to continue its work for the time being.
