Privacy is extremely important to Duchess Meghan (40) and Prince Harry (37). They repeatedly emphasized this and withdrew from public life as royals in March 2020. Now Netflix is apparently shooting at the couple’s home.
According to Page Six, the streaming giant is filming a “Home with the Duke and Duchess of Sussex”-style documentary series with Harry and Meghan.
Cameras at the Sussexes’ home
The couple had inked a multi-million dollar deal with Netflix. Netflix cameras have followed you several times. Like when they traveled to the Netherlands for the Invictus Games last month. “Heart of Invictus”, a documentary, will be shot.
But according to “Page Six”, Harry and Meghan are still being filmed for another Netflix project. The cameras were allowed to look behind the scenes of their home in Montecito, California, according to the newspaper.

The Sussexes were also accompanied on their trip to New York last September. A Hollywood insider says, “I think it’s safe to say that Netflix is getting its share of the project.”
«How does reality TV get along with privacy protection?»
According to “Page Six”, Netflix and the royals themselves did not provide any information about the shooting at the Sussexes’ home when asked.
Just last month, Netflix announced that an animated series created by Duchess Meghan had been canceled.
There is now criticism for Meghan and Harry on Twitter. One user writes: “How compatible is the marketing of your children on reality TV with the protection of your privacy?” It is not clear whether the children will appear on the show. (eu)
