The old tennis star Boris Becker, who has just been released from British custody, will soon be back in court.
Hardly out of jail, soon before the judge again? The burned-out tennis star Boris Becker (55) has apparently filed a criminal complaint against Cathy Hummels. This is reported by the “Bild am Sonntag”. Reason: defamation.
It is well known that Becker and comedian Oliver Pocher (44) can’t stand each other. But Becker and the ex of soccer player Mats Hummels (34)? That’s what’s going on here: Cathy Hummels, who calls herself impulsive, her “heart is on her tongue”, looks back on the year in her new podcast “Shitstorms”. She also spoke about Boris Becker.
He has been in jail in London since April for bankruptcy offences. Shortly before Christmas he was released early and was deported to Germany. Cathy Hummels: Becker “fooled people”: “It’s a crime he committed. He cheated, cheated and screwed people. That’s just not right. You have to go to jail like everyone else.”
Becker’s VIP status
Becker ruined people. The sentence can be discussed, but not the conviction. “You have to sit it out,” said the Hummels. “Then you have to go to prison – just like everyone else if he did it.”
She also does not approve of the fact that people are treated better because of their status. “I don’t like it at all when you’re treated with kid gloves just because you’re famous or well-known.” Becker was in good spirits in prison and “enjoyed VIP status from the start,” said Becker cellmate Marcin Pawlak to “Stern”.
Cathy is almost angry about the tennis legend’s early release and is sure “that he will write a tell-all book about his time in prison”. Your statements are not without consequences. Because Becker obviously doesn’t understand fun. This week he filed a criminal complaint against the moderator and influencer with the Munich public prosecutor. (kes)
