“Everything is great about them”
“WWM?” Candidate about conversation with Gottschalk
A flight attendant chatted in the council chair at “Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?” about a conversation with Thomas Gottschalk. Moderator Günther Jauch could not resist a snappy comment.

Barbara Erlebach talked about the flight attendants’ sewing box at the “3 million euro special” from “Who wants to be a millionaire”.
It’s “3 million euros” week for “Who wants to be a millionaire?” – and a candidate causes laughter from the audience and moderator Günther Jauch (66). Flight attendant Barbara Erlebach started her second round with 4,000 euros and four jokers. So there was still some time for chatting.
Jauch wanted to know what secrets Erlebach could reveal from the flight cabin. The German seemed to have expected this and briefly tried to talk her way out: “Yesterday in bed I was still thinking how I could get around this story. But it was already clear to me: I won’t.”
“But you are curious”
She reported an incident with Thomas Gottschalk (72). He used to sit in first class with Barbara Erlebach. The flight attendant wanted to know what Gottschalk would like to eat. “I asked him, ‘Would you like a salad with that? What would you like for a dressing? ›» The «Wetten, dass…?» moderator cheekily replied: «But you are curious. Would you also like to know what my shoe size is?”
Erlebach slips the answer out: “Then I said: ‘Everything is definitely very big about you, Mr. Gottschalk.'”
“My hands are pretty small”
The audience burst out laughing and Jauch couldn’t resist a dig at his longtime colleague: “That saved his night,” Jauch teased. Barbara Erlenbach and Thomas Gottschalk were not done with each other yet. “He then looked at me and showed his hand and said, ‘Not everything. My hands are quite small.'”
Under such circumstances, such a flight can be quite long, as Erlenbach had to find out: “Whenever I passed him, he made ‘tststs’.” (grb)
