You don’t buy that from her. On the contrary: Fehr makes it even worse and spreads half-truths again. It pushes an alleged advice from the data protection officer, which never existed in this form.
Fehr revealed an irritating understanding of the principle of publicity when she explained why the investigation report was now being published: In the meantime, a lot was already known through the media. So do journalists first have to bring the truth to light before the authorities inform them of their own accord?
