The Norwegian Halvor Egner Granerud wins the first of two ski flights at the Kulm in Bad Mitterndorf, Austria, and thus takes the lead in the overall World Cup.
Granerud flies 238 and 231 meters and wins in front of local hero Stefan Kraft and Domen Prevc from Slovenia.
Gregor Deschwanden cannot keep the 6th intermediate place (230.5 m). In the second round, he was passed in 15th place, also because of some bad luck with the wind conditions. Dominik Peter as 27th flies into the World Cup points rankings for the first time this winter. (SDA)
