Sven Jung (right) is injured from yesterday’s Spengler Cup game.
This man’s bad luck this season!
At the end of October, Sven Jung was hit in the face by a puck in the game against EHC Kloten and injured his face. The HCD player then had to go to the hospital to have his wound stitched up, but was able to get back into action a little later.
Something he will now be denied. After his injury in the Spengler Cup game against Team Canada, the 27-year-old defender is unlikely to return to the ice this season: Jung suffered an extremely severe cut on his arm.
