Caught four players at once
Swallow and buss tide in the National League
In Bern, Lausanne, Kloten and Pruntrut bills flutter in the mailbox because players are not steadfast enough.

Fined with 1200 francs: Kloten defender Simon Kindschi.
During the first week of the World Cup, four players in the National League were fined for swallows or “embellishment”. A prankster who thinks that the ice hockey players are inspired by the soccer World Cup in distant Qatar.
Lausanne striker Marco Pedretti and Kloten defender Simon Kindschi each received a fine of CHF 1,200. It costs the two Canadians Cody Goloubef (Bern) and Frédérik Gauthier (Ajoie) 2,000 francs that they were only too happy to give in to gravity.
The SCB defender suffered a slight push against Servette, but dropped to his knees far too easily (see video above).
«Goloubef falls in a theatrical way»
«Goloubef wants to return to his position in front of the gate and knocks Filppula, who is lying on the ground, over again with his stick and continues in front of the gate to the other side. Filppula stands up and gives Goloubef a light hit with the stick in the upper arm,” says the referee’s penalty application. «Then Goloubef falls theatrically. The video shows Goloubef kneeling and finally falling to the ground very easily.”
It goes on to say: «The blow from Filppula is not so hard that this action would be understandable. In addition, Goloubef must have expected to receive a blow. This can be seen in his upper body tension, which is still visible after the punch, as he only buckles his legs and the upper body seems relatively tense. This is a sign that Goloubef is looking for punishment. No penalties were imposed in this action.”
Single judge Stefan Müller comes to the conclusion: “It would be expected that a player in such a situation would only lose his balance for a short time. The accused, on the other hand, perceives the slight contact, lacks any body tension, buckles and falls forward. »
Thirteen swallow offenses have already been penalized this season. Only SCB striker Chris DiDomenico has been caught twice. The third time, a player will be automatically banned. (sr)
