How To Make Black Pepper Tea & Its Benefits In Winter

Black pepper tea has many health benefits and cures cold very quickly in winters. 

Black pepper tea

1.5 cups water 1 tbsp lemon juice 1/2 tsp grated ginger 1/2 tsp black pepper powder


1. Boil water 2. Add black pepper powder, lemon juice and ginger


3. Now switch off the flame and cover it for 5 minutes.  4. Strain it and serve.
