Paris Hilton is officially back in Beverly Park. This time, as a homeowner.

The heiress, entrepreneur, and reality TV icon has just purchased a sprawling European-style compound formerly owned by actor Mark Wahlberg, dropping a staggering $63 million on one of L.A.’s grandest estates.

Located in the exclusive North Beverly Park enclave, the chateau-like mansion spans more than 30,000 square feet and sits on six private acres, a rare spread in this ultra-exclusive enclave. The purchase came just months after Hilton’s Malibu beach house was tragically destroyed in the Palisades Fire.

Now, with two young children and a growing family, Hilton and her husband Carter Reum are putting down roots in the same ultra-luxurious neighborhood where they’ve been renting for years — alongside celebrity neighbors like Adele, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, and Denzel Washington.

And with this extravagant purchase, the couple’s new chapter in Beverly Park is starting off with serious star power.

Originally built for Mark Wahlberg in 2014, the palatial estate was designed by celebrity architect Richard Landry — aka the “King of the Megamansion.” The actor first listed the custom-built home for a sky-high $87.5 million before selling it in early 2023 for $55 million.

According to our sources, Hilton paid $63 million for the turnkey property, a price point which hints at the ever-increasing desirability of Beverly Park’s ultra luxurious homes.

Representing the buyers were Hilton’s brother Barron Hilton and his wife Tessa Hilton — both co-CEOs of Hilton Hilton — while Ginger Glass and Alexandra Glass of Compass repped the sellers. “From the first walk-through, it was clear how special this home was,” said Barron Hilton. “It’s timeless, and rooted in a community that already means so much to them.”

Nearly 30,500 square feet of refined luxury

The custom-built structure goes well beyond “mansion” territory — it’s a fully fledged residential mega-compound.

With over 30,500 square feet of living space, 12 bedrooms, and 20 bathrooms, the mansion offers plenty of room for Paris and her growing family. From two-story living spaces to hidden staff quarters, the layout is designed for both grand entertaining and private family living. Let’s take a quick tour, shall we?

Guests arriving at the estate are greeted by a sweeping two-story entry hall that sets the tone for the rest of the home.

The formal living and dining rooms feature towering coffered ceilings, stately fireplaces, and arched doorways that frame views of the grounds, giving the residence a timeless, old-world European feel.

A chef’s dream kitchen — and then some!

Cooking with Paris just got an extra dose of glam, as the main level includes a massive kitchen and family room complex, anchored by a central island and surrounded by multiple pantries, a prep kitchen, and built-in staff quarters.

Whether Paris will be cooking for a crowd or catering a black-tie soirée, the setup is built to handle it all.

A showstopping two-level library

Among the home’s most jaw-dropping rooms is a paneled, two-story library — a space that feels like it was plucked straight out of a historic European estate. Perfect for curling up with a book, closing high-profile deals, or simply showing off, this room adds a dash of academic drama to the otherwise sun-soaked mansion.

Tailor-made amenities for movie nights, gym sessions, and cigar lounging

The lower level of the estate is all about leisure, with many of its fun additions hinting at the property’s famous former owner. There’s a professional-grade gym (formerly Wahlberg’s workout zone), a plush home theater, and even a cigar lounge with a custom wine and humidor cellar.

It’s a full-scale entertainment zone tailor-made for Hilton’s high-profile lifestyle, and we’re certain the heiress will tone down the moody, heavily masculine design of these spaces and align them more her own aesthetic.

Outdoor areas rival a private country club with golfing, tennis courts, and two spas

Much like the rest of the home, its outdoor features go far beyond the basics. A sprawling backyard includes a five-hole golf course, a driving range, manicured gardens, a skate park, a full-size tennis court, and not one but two spas.

A pool house with its own kitchen

Nestled near the back of the property is a standalone pool house with its own full kitchen — perfect for entertaining guests or hosting staff. The surrounding gardens include vibrant flower beds and a full vegetable garden, adding an unexpected touch of countryside charm to the gated compound.

Plenty of room for the couple’s growing family

After welcoming their second child, Paris and Carter had been living in a nearby Beverly Park rental before taking the plunge into homeownership.

Following the heartbreaking loss of their Malibu beach house earlier in 2025, the move offers both a fresh start and a permanent home base in one of L.A.’s most private neighborhoods.

Beverly Park’s star-studded market

Multi-million-dollar sales are nothing new for Beverly Park, where celebrity transactions routinely exceed $50 million.

Adele famously bought Sylvester Stallone’s home in the same neighborhood for $58 million. Just down the road, the infamous Villa Firenze estate — once listed for $165 million — sold for $52 million. And Rod Stewart listed his longtime home for a whopping $70 million (only to take it off the market and relist it with a more ambitious asking price of $80 million). So in this ultra-exclusive enclave, Paris Hilton’s $63 million splurge looks right at home.
