Recipe: Make This Winter-Perfect Bathua Raita At Home

Bathua leaves, curd, kala namak, chopped ginger & green chillies, black pepper, cumin powder.

Finely chop Bathua leaves and put them in a bowl.

Step 1

Saute the chopped leaves in ghee over medium heat.

Step 2

Blend the Bathua leaves in a blender. The step is optional.

In a bowl, add yoghurt, salt, chopped green chillies, ginger, kala namak, cumin powder, black pepper, and mix well.

Step 4

Add the chopped or blended Bathua leaves to the mix. Stir well.

Step 5

Put the raita in a fridge for a while to chill. This step is also optional.
