Chef Kunal Kapur took to Instagram to share a delightful recipe for Sabudana Paratha that is perfect for everyone fasting this Sawan.
Sabudana - ½ cup + 3tbsp Water - 1¼ cup Boiled and mashed potatoes - 1cup Sendha namak - to taste Roasted cumin - 1½ tsp Chopped green chilli - 1 Roasted peanuts (finely crushed) - 3tbsp Chopped coriander (optional) Butter paper/Plastic sheet Oil Ghee
1. Soak the sabudana for some time. 2. After it dries up, blend to make a powder.
3. In a bowl, add mashed potatoes, sabudana powder, and all ingredients. 4. Bring it together to form a dough.
5. Form small balls. 6. Place one by one on the butter paper and gently press down with your hands. 7. Grease it slightly with some oil.
8. Place it carefully on a tawa. 9. Add ghee and cook well on both sides.
That’s it, your Sabudana Paratha is ready to be served and enjoyed.
