Status update: Last priced at $25,000,000, the house did not manage to find a buyer, and was later offered as a rental at $155,000/mo. And it likely found its newest resident, as the property has been off the market since July 19, 2023.

Status update: This Selling Sunset house is still on the market, but with a reduced asking price of $6,299,000.
