Ingredients

Place the thin bulgur wheat in a bowl and cover it with boiling water. Let it soak for about 15-20 minutes, until it is fluffy and tender. 

Step 1

Finely chop the tomatoes, mint, garlic, and parsley. You can adjust the quantities according to your taste preferences. 

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the soaked bulgur with the chopped vegetables and herbs. 

Step 3

Add lemon juice or sour pomegranate molasses to the mixture, according to your preference.

Step 4 

 Allow the Kısır to sit for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Step 5 

ou can also refrigerate it for a few hours to serve it chilled.
