Vladimir Putin met with the mothers of Russian soldiers – it was said. Now the evidence is piling up that they are pro-government officials. For some, it’s not even clear if they have children, let alone dead soldiers’ sons.

Kremlin chief Vladimir Putin (70) showed up with women who were mothers of soldiers. Your sons are said to be at the front. Or dead. Putin claimed he shared their “pain.” However, at least seven of the 17 women could be identified as pro-government civil servants and politicians. This is reported by the medium «Mozhem Objasnit».

As well as a member of the People’s Chamber of the Russian city of Orekhovo-Zuyevo. The seventh unmasked is an employee of a nationalist organization that collects aid for mobilized people.

Sharadat Aguewam from Chechnya is also present. Her sons are fighting in the Ukraine war. But these aren’t just any soldiers. One of the sons is a battalion commander, the other head of a police department in Chechnya. Putin’s “bloodhound”, Chechen boss Ramzan Kadyrov (46), calls one of her sons “his brother.”
Another of the women is a Moscow deputy from the Kremlin party United Russia. According to the medium, another is a senior employee of Putin’s “All-Russian Popular Front” movement.
Official instead of soldier’s mother
Irina Tas-ool, head of the department for family, youth and sport in the administration of the Kaa-Khem district of the Republic of Tuv, is also among the “soldier’s mothers”.
It is unclear whether most of the women have sons at all. At the meeting, Putin reminded that Mother’s Day will be celebrated in Russia on Sunday.

In this context, however, he understands that given the fact that their sons are currently in the “military special operations zone”, the mothers on the day feel more worried and wonder what is going on with their boys.
No representatives of the organizations
Putin said to the mothers who have already lost their children: “I want you to know that I myself and the entire leadership of the country share this pain”.
The day before, other organizations of soldiers’ mothers had complained that their representatives had not been invited to this meeting and that “properly briefed” women had been chosen instead.
