Action for animal shelter
If you adopt a cat, you can fly with this airline for free
If you want to fly for free, all you have to do is adopt a cat. Three airlines in the USA are currently advertising this. Behind this is a cooperation with an animal shelter.

Over the Christmas period, three cats arrived at the US Animal Foundation, the largest animal shelter in Las Vegas. They were just a week old at the time, reports the Washington Post. At the time, a severe winter storm was raging in the United States, which led to chaos at Southwest Airline: On Boxing Day, Southwest had to cancel more than two-thirds of its flights, and many were delayed.
Animal Foundation staff were inspired by the flight disaster: “We decided it would be fun to name them after airlines, just not Southwest,” an Animal Foundation spokeswoman told the newspaper. And so the three kittens Delta, Spirit and Frontier were baptized.
Apparently, the airline Frontier was so flattered that it tried to speed up the kittens’ adoption process: On Twitter, Frontier announced that it would be giving away flight vouchers to kitten Frontier’s new parents.
Up to 40 Büsi applications daily
The airlines Spirit and Delta followed suit: Those who offer the cats a new home with their names will each receive two vouchers worth 250 US dollars. Frontier goes one step further and even gives away four flight vouchers. “We have to give our little guy something extra,” Tyri Squyres, who is responsible for marketing at Frontier, told the newspaper.
According to the shelter, 30 to 40 adoption requests would come in from across the country every day. The shelter is currently reviewing all applicants so that Delta, Spirit and Frontier can find nice new homes. (hey)
